We take appropriate steps and have put safeguards in place to help ensure that your Personal Data remains protected in keeping with this Privacy & Cookies Policy. DriverFly also participates in the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks for Personal Data received in the United States from the European Union (“EU”) and Switzerland about customers and visitors to this site from the EU and Switzerland. While the European Court of Justice has held that the EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer “adequate” for the transfer of personal data from the EU to the U.S., DriverFly continues to abide by the privacy principles and other requirements of EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework with respect to personal data we collect in the U.S. from data subjects in the European Union.
